(Brief)
Developed as part of the Motoryacht Workshop, VIDAR explores the design of a sub-500GT yacht up to 45 metres, starting from an existing semi-displacement hull. The project brought together exterior and interior design, general arrangement and technical development within a multidisciplinary team.
(Concept)
Conceived for owners with a passion for extreme sports, VIDAR expresses energy through front-heavy proportions, a strong vertical bow, a generous open aft area and dynamic surfacing. Inside, the atmosphere shifts completely: open spaces, organic forms and natural materials create a quieter, more restorative experience.
